With the continuous improvement of the automation degree of power cord, in May this year, Yu Guoju, chairman of the company, squeezed time out of his busy schedule to attend the power cord automation equipment exhibition in Guangzhou, and signed the purchase contract of power cord automation equipment with the equipment manufacturer.
So far, the company has three automated power line production machines installed and in trial operation. Among them, two automatic three-core round wire punching machine, set cutting, stripping, riveting in one, can replace the original three jobs, each hour can complete about 1000 wire cutting, stripping, riveting, not only the efficiency of about 3 times higher than the original, and the product qualified rate also increased from the original 98% to 99.5%.
